Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix together flour, baking soda and baking powder in a small bowl.

  3. Once mixed, roll rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake 8-10 minutes at 375 degrees until cookies are golden brown.

  5. Roll dough to approximately ⅛ inch thickness and cut with cookie cutters. Place each shape one-inch apart on baking sheet.
  6. Bake 8-10 minutes until edges are firm.

Directions

  1. Peel and quarter potatoes and place in a pot of cold, salted water.
  2. Add garlic and bring to a boil. Cook uncovered approximately 15 minutes until tender. Drain well.
  3. Heat milk on the stove top until warm.
  4. Add butter to potatoes and start mashing. Pour heated milk in gradually and continue mashing until potatoes reach a creamy consistency.

  3. Add cranberries to the saucepan and heat until boiling. Reduce heat and simmer approximately 10 minutes or until most of the cranberries have burst.

Ingredients

  • 1, 6-7 pound turkey breast
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary

  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup dry white wine

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325. Place turkey breast skin side up on a rack in the roasting pan.
  2. Combine garlic, mustard, herbs, salt, pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice to make a paste.
  3. Spread half the paste on the skin and the other half on the meat underneath the skin.
  4. Pour the wine into the bottom of the roasting pan.
  5. Roast the turkey in the oven for 1 ½ to 2 hours until the skin is golden brown and the internal temperature is 165 degrees.
  6. Cover with foil and rest at room temperature for 15 minutes. Carve and serve with the pan juices.
