We want to provide an encouraging update on COVID-19 within our Querencia community. All team members who previously tested positive for the virus have been cleared to return to work. There are no active resident or team member cases of COVID-19 in our community at this time.

However, cases of COVID-19 continue to increase in Texas. In response, Lifespace and Querencia continue to follow heightened infection control guidelines. We highly encourage residents to only leave the community for essential needs like groceries or critical medical appointments. Residents and team members are also encouraged to practice social distancing, and we ask that you wear a mask or face covering when you interact with others in public settings. Continued attention to proper hand hygiene, including handwashing and the use of alcohol-based hand sanitizer, is essential to preventing the spread of the virus. As we have done throughout the last several weeks, we will regularly communicate updates about our efforts to maintain a safe and healthy community.
